Starter Packs Inverclyde continually require the help of individuals and organisations to fulfil our goals of providing for needy people in Inverclyde.There are 3 main ways in which people can help us.
1. Donating items
The following is a non-exhaustive list of items which gives an indication of items needed for Starter Packs. ... contact us if you have an item you would like to donate but is not listed here.Please make sure that anything you give us is in ready-to-use condition. We cannot take used electrical items of any kind, furniture or clothing and we reserve the right to dispose of any donated item we cannot use in starter packs including by selling or donating to charity shops.
Items Starter Packs Inverclyde can use
Kitchenware
saucepans, frying pans, electric kettles/jugs (new), toaster (new), iron (new),
utensils (e.g. vegetable peelers, tin openers, wooden spoons etc)
casserole dishes, mixing bowls, plastic containers with lids, chopping board,
dinner plates, bowls, tea plates, mugs, tumblers
knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons
washing up bowl, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, scourers, tea towels
Bedding
* duvets (new) and covers (double and single)
* sheets (single and double)
* pillows (new) and pillowcases
Bathroom
* toothpaste, toothbrushes
* soap, shampoo, conditioner
* towels (bath towels, hand towels) and bath mats
Cleaning
* toilet rolls, kitchen roll, bathroom cleaner, hand wash,
* dustpan and brush, cleaning cloths, cleaning liquid
Sundries
* light bulbs
* wall clocks, alarm clocks
* mirrors
2. Making a financial donation
Starter Packs Inverclyde rely on the generosity of it's supporters and sponsors in order to make a difference in the lives of people.
Financial support is needed to help us provide some of the items which a starterpack can contain.

3. Volunteering with Starterpacks Inverclyde
The work of Starter Packs relies on volunteers regularly giving up their time, energy and talents to help with the various tasks which from time to time may be identified in support of the operation at the depot.
